Use WIT:
- Write down the thought and clearly identify it.
- Investigate the thought and ask whether it is true, and If not…
- Talk back to it and tell it it’s false.
Negative thoughts left unchecked lead to beliefs and those beliefs lead to actions, which can ultimately damage relationships and destroy dreams and ambitions. By using WIT each time negative thoughts arise you can stop ANTS in their tracks.
